Also called Ronald McDonald Temp · Ronald McDonald Phone Call · Ronald McDonalds Call
Ronald McDonald holds a corded phone to his ear with his mouth open mid-call. Give him a serious-sounding opening and a very small reason for calling.
The costume makes an ordinary phone conversation look absurdly important. A formal greeting can lead into a complaint about missing fries, an urgent request for snacks, or an unnecessary escalation.
You only see one end of the call, so Ronald can supply both the opening and the follow-up. The listener does not need a separate character or a long explanation.
Place the opening line above Ronald’s hair and the rest of the call across the lower part of his costume. Keep his face, yellow glove, and telephone receiver visible.
Use the upper line to suggest who he is calling. Let the lower line reveal why this apparently important call was necessary.
