Reverse Image Search

Start with the lazy option, because it often works: right-click the meme and hit 'Search image with Google'.

Sometimes the blank template is sitting in the first row of results. More often - like here - you get an infinite scroll of other people's captioned versions instead. Don't close the tab yet; those results are your clues for step two.
