Credits

What is a credit?: 1 credit = 1 AI generation. Each generation gives you up to 8 meme options to choose from, so 100 credits is roughly 800 memes.
How many free credits do I get?: Every free account gets 10 credits per month. They refresh automatically at the start of each calendar month - no card required.
Do unused paid credits roll over?: Credits reset with each billing cycle and don't roll over. The Startup plan has unlimited credits, so there's nothing to roll.

How do I remove the watermark?: Memes created on the free plan carry a small Supermeme.ai watermark. Any paid plan removes it instantly - including memes you re-download after upgrading.
Can I use my own watermark?: Yes - plans with custom branding let you put your own text (like your handle or company name) on every meme. You can set it from your account page.

How do I cancel?: Go to your account page and choose cancel - it takes two clicks and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No emails required.
Can I pause instead of canceling?: Yes. If you're not using Supermeme.ai right now, you can pause billing for 1-3 months from the cancellation page. You won't be charged and billing resumes automatically.
Do you offer refunds?: If Supermeme.ai isn't what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
My payment failed - what now?: We'll email you a secure link to pay the open invoice or update your card. We also retry automatically for a few days, so often just updating the card fixes everything.

Is there an API?: Yes - every paid plan includes API access. Solo includes 100 requests/month, Pro 1,000, and Startup and Enterprise scale from there. Generate a key from Account → Developers.
What about MCP?: Every paid plan includes access to the Supermeme MCP server, so you can generate memes straight from AI assistants like Claude.
