Also called Black Panther Get This Man a Shield · T’Challa Pointing
T’Challa points and gives an urgent order. Describe someone who needs help, then replace the shield with the one thing that would solve their problem.
The pointing gesture makes the caption sound like an instruction that should be carried out immediately. It can demand a reward, a practical tool, or a very overdue break.
The order is funnier when a small everyday need receives the attention of a battlefield emergency. The person in the setup gives the command a reason.
Marvel released the first Avengers: Infinity War trailer on November 29, 2017. T’Challa, played by Chadwick Boseman, orders the city evacuated and its defenses prepared before asking for a shield for Steve Rogers. The film followed in 2018. [1] [2]
Know Your Meme documents jokes about the line on the day the trailer appeared. Variations replaced the shield with other items and played on Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D. name. Although T’Challa is Black Panther, this scene comes from Avengers: Infinity War. [2]
Put the situation in the upper black strip and the command in the lower strip. This leaves T’Challa’s face and pointing hand visible.
Keep the bottom line direct: “Get this person a…” followed by the reward or missing item. The setup should explain why they deserve it without needing another paragraph.
