Also called Doc and Marty by the DeLorean · Back to the Future Time Machine
Doc Brown and Marty McFly sit beside the DeLorean time machine. Name the moment you want to revisit and the tiny thing you would change once you got there.
The car makes a trip through time the implied solution. A caption can use that enormous invention to undo a small mistake, rescue a forgotten item, or repeat a pleasant moment.
The two characters also support a short exchange: one proposes the trip while the other explains the real reason. Keep the destination and the purpose connected so the time machine matters to the joke.
The image shows Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown and Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly with the DeLorean from Back to the Future. Robert Zemeckis’s film was released on July 3, 1985. [1]
In the film, Doc’s invention sends Marty from 1985 to 1955. Marty accidentally interferes with his parents’ meeting and must put things right before returning home, which gives captions about revisiting mistakes their familiar setting. [1] [2]

Put the moment to revisit across the dark space at the top and the reason along the bottom. Keep Doc, Marty, and enough of the DeLorean visible to make the time-travel premise clear.
Be precise about the change. Going back ten minutes to save a file makes a sharper joke than a general wish to fix your entire past.
