Pam holds up two pictures, then says they are the same. Label the blank sheets with two things you think have no meaningful difference.
The format dismisses a distinction. Two things may have different names, appearances, or promises, but the caption argues that they amount to the same thing.
The comparison can be affectionate or critical. The audience should be able to see the shared quality without a long explanation.
The scene comes from The Office’s “Search Committee,” first broadcast on May 19, 2011. Pam keeps acting manager Creed occupied by asking him to find differences between two identical pictures, then explains the prank to the camera. [1] [2]
The image circulated as a reaction before people began replacing the pictures. Know Your Meme documents a June 22, 2018 Reddit example of that editable comparison format, with more versions following that month. [2]
Put one label inside each blank sheet. Keep the yellow subtitles and Pam’s face clear; they already explain the comparison.
You can also add two images and resize them onto the sheets. Choose a pair with one clear similarity so the final line lands immediately.
