Protected Kevin Hart Meme Template

Something is coming for the one thing you want to keep safe. Label the threat, the defender, and Kevin to show what stands between them.

Kevin stays behind a woman who points toward someone approaching from the left. The three people give the joke three roles: a threat, a defender, and something that needs protecting.

The protected thing can be tiny compared with the effort spent defending it: your lunch break, a saved game, or the last unspoiled episode of a show.

The image comes from Real Husbands of Hollywood and shows Kevin Hart behind Erica Ash. Ash plays Bridgette, Kevin’s ex-wife in the show. [1] [2]

Place the threat on the person at the left. Put the defender’s label on the yellow dress and the protected thing on Kevin’s shirt or trousers. Keep faces and the pointing arm visible.

Use nouns or short phrases. The positions show the action, so the labels do not need to explain the whole confrontation.

The threat

What is trying to get through.

The defender

What keeps the threat away.

What is protected

The thing you want to keep safe.

• Make the defender something that can actually block the threat.
• Use Kevin for the person, object, or plan being protected.
• Read the three labels together to check that their relationship is clear.
