Also called Running from Police · Leaving Area 51 · Man Looking Back While Running
A man runs ahead of an officer and looks back over his shoulder. Label the runner as the person avoiding something and the pursuer as the problem that keeps catching up.
The distance between the two figures turns avoidance into a chase. Deadlines, chores, and reminders can take the officer’s role while the runner tries to stay ahead.
The labels assign fictional roles to a photograph. The meme does not explain the real circumstances of the chase.
Label the officer on the left with the approaching obligation. Label the runner on the right with the person or activity trying to escape.
Use the space above each figure. Keep the runner’s backward glance and both figures’ legs visible, since they establish the direction and urgency.
