Nobody Is Born Cool Meme Template

Hoss Delgado declares that nobody is born cool, then reveals an exception inside his car visor. Use the empty third panel to praise a person, habit, or small act of kindness.

The first two panels make a rule and immediately prepare to break it. Your caption names the exception; Hoss’s pleased expression in the final panel supplies the approval.

The compliment can be sincere or playful. Returning a shopping cart is a small act, but this format gives it the same admiration as a heroic achievement.

The scene comes from “Irwin Gets a Clue,” a 2005 episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Hoss Delgado tells Irwin that nobody is born cool, then reveals a photograph inside his car visor. Know Your Meme identifies the original photo as background artist Cliff Voorhees. [1]

Spanish-language edits circulated in spring 2016, with English versions documented that May. The format returned to wider attention in March 2019, including an edit that corrected a visual continuity error between panels. [1]

Put your caption on the dark visor in the lower-left panel. Leave the printed setup and Hoss’s face in the lower-right panel visible.

A person, group, or admirable habit can complete the sentence. Keep the answer short enough to read as a reveal rather than an explanation.

The person or group worth praising

On the dark visor in the lower-left panel.

• Read the panels left to right, then downward.
• Keep both printed setup lines intact.
• Use white text on the dark visor.
• Name one specific reason someone deserves praise.
