A modest technical request
Reliable Wi-Fi turns out to be harder for Santa than finding a dragon.

Also called Santa Be Realistic · What Color Do You Want Your Dragon
Santa rejects a request for a dragon, then hears a wish that is apparently even less realistic. Fill the third panel with the ordinary thing that feels impossible to get.
The final panel reverses Santa’s first decision: a dragon suddenly seems manageable beside the replacement request. The joke works when that second wish sounds reasonable to the reader.
This version keeps the first, second, and fourth panels’ dialogue. Only the blank speech bubble above the child in the lower-left panel needs a new caption.
Illustrated Text Posts published Dami Lee’s four-panel drawing on December 10, 2015, crediting a text post by Tumblr user mama-het. The comic turns the exchange into a visit to Santa. [1]
The original second wish was for a boyfriend. Later edits replaced that request with other things treated as less likely than receiving a dragon, while keeping Santa’s change of mind. [2]
Write one short wish in the empty lower-left speech bubble. A working device, a quiet weekend, or a group that can agree on dinner gives Santa a recognizable problem.
Read the four panels in order before saving. Your caption needs to answer Be realistic and make the final offer of a dragon feel like a retreat.
