The debate table is still there, but the speaker is being carried away by police. Put a deliberately minor opinion on the sign to make the response look wildly excessive.
This edit changes the outcome of the usual Change My Mind setup. Instead of someone sitting down to challenge the opinion, the scene ends with the speaker being removed.
The joke works with harmless disagreements about food, routines, or entertainment. A small preference on the sign makes the huge reaction the point of the image.
The original Change My Mind photograph was posted by Steven Crowder on February 16, 2018, outside Texas Christian University. He sat behind a sign inviting a debate; edits soon replaced its statement and changed other parts of the scene. [1]

Let the police scene supply the punchline. Adding another explanation over the people weakens the contrast and covers the action.
