Wanda takes the confrontation personally; Thanos does not recognize her. Label the aggrieved person above and the indifferent opponent below to create a very one-sided rivalry.
The joke comes from unequal importance. Something has ruined the first person’s day, while the person, company, or object being blamed has no idea there is a dispute.
The lower label can be an everyday system rather than a person: a software update, a game boss, or an unanswered inbox. The existing dialogue makes the grievance sound much bigger than the situation.
The exchange comes from Avengers: Endgame, released in the United States on April 26, 2019. Before their fight, Scarlet Witch tells Thanos that he took everything from her; he answers that he does not know who she is. [1]

This image already includes both lines of film dialogue. Add a label in the space beside Wanda in the upper panel and another to the left of Thanos below, leaving those subtitles intact.
The upper label should name someone who feels wronged. The lower one names the cause of the problem, which is completely unaware of the personal grudge.
