Also called Second Term Obama · Barack Obama Podium Smile · Obama Clapping
Barack Obama smiles and claps behind a podium. Add a small victory, a knowing reaction, or a congratulation that is a little more pleased with itself than the situation deserves.
The expression can read as satisfied approval or a private joke. A caption about getting away with a shortcut feels different from one about finally finishing a task, even though the photograph stays the same.
The template is listed as 2nd Term Obama, but the caption does not need a political subject. Everyday achievements give the smile and applause a new context.
Use a short caption along the bottom, leaving the face, hands, and microphones visible. State the result that earned the reaction rather than describing the smile itself.
For self-congratulation, make the achievement small enough that the grand setting feels excessive. For sarcasm, name the unimpressive result plainly and let the picture supply the tone.
