A routine question gets an answer worth turning around for. Fill the two speech bubbles, then let The Rock’s startled look deliver the reaction.
The three panels show a driver speaking, a passenger replying, and the driver looking back in surprise. The last image acts like a silent “Wait, what?”
Give the conversation a normal opening and put the unexpected detail in the reply. A misunderstanding, forgotten task, or casually admitted mistake can supply the surprise.
