Use the raised hand and backward lean for a sudden objection. The caption explains what sounded fine until one more detail came up.
The player is seated on the pitch with one hand raised across his body. As a reaction image, the pose can read as “hold on,” refusal, or an attempt to back out of a request.
Give the refusal a small, recognizable cause. A supposedly quick favor or an expensive add-on makes the gesture easy to read without knowing the match.
Put a short caption across the lower part of the frame. Keep the raised palm and the face clear so the visual refusal remains obvious.
A condition revealed late in the conversation makes a useful setup. You agreed to a favor, then discovered it involved moving furniture or staying far longer than expected.
