Crying And Laughing Comparison Meme Template

A tearful face sits above a smiling man lifting gold-colored glasses. Put the disappointing situation beside the upper image and the happy alternative beside the lower one.

The two reactions can show a mood changing after new information arrives, or opposite reactions to two similar situations. The order is sadness first, delight second.

This is a comparison between two images. Your captions provide the relationship; the template does not establish that the photos show one continuous event.

Use the white space to the right of each face. Put the upsetting part beside the tears and the positive part beside the glasses.

Choose two captions that belong together. If the lower line is a reversal, include the detail that changes the mood rather than simply saying “happy.”

The disappointment

In the white space beside the crying face.

The welcome change

In the white space beside the smiling face.

• The upper row carries the disappointment.
• The lower row carries the relief or excitement.
• Use the white column instead of covering the faces.
• Parallel phrasing makes a comparison easier to read.
